It makes browsing many times faster, once you get familiar with it. I use it myself, but I think its crazy watching my brother swing, swat, swipe, (etc.) his mouse all over at lightning speeds, performing various tasks...it pretty much gets programed in after a while. :D A while back there was a tutorial on AIO Gestures published here. Just for fun, I tried the same shortcut in a Windows version of Firefox (Ctrl + Alt + arrows). Instead of switching tabs, my whole screen turned sideways! Works in all directions.
